- 50g dried organic butterfly pea flowers for tea 100%.
- Usage : boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan & add the dried flowers. Steep until the color of the water turns blue. Strain the mixture and add – sugar or honey or stevia for taste. A dash of lemon added to the tea drastically changes the color from deep blue to purplish pink, apart form the taste.
